A Convenient Way for Customers to Fully Enroll in wellness+ with Plenti
As millions of customers sign up for the ground-breaking wellness+ with Plenti loyalty program, Rite Aid has launched a new service that gives them a convenient way to finish the online sign up process.
“In certain cases, we have customers who have completed the initial sign up at a Rite Aid store, but have not yet gone online to finalize their enrollment,” said Craig Riner, Rite Aid vice president of marketing. “This leads to a scenario in which customers have earned Plenti points, but cannot yet redeem them for savings at Rite Aid and certain other Plenti partners.”
Now, customers can dial **RA (star-star-7-2) right from their smart phone to begin a quick step-by-step process that allows them to finish enrolling in wellness+ with Plenti:
- Customer calls **RA (star-star-7-2) from smart phone
- Voice recording prompts customer to press “1” to accept terms
- Customer receives text message with link to Plenti.com
- Customer clicks link and follows prompts to finish enrolling
“The process is designed to be easy and convenient,” said Riner. “In fact, if you’re a supplier partner who has a smart phone and has not yet finished signing up, we encourage you to give it a try. Supplier partners, associates and customers must fully enroll to realize the full benefits that wellness+ with Plenti has to offer.”
Launched in May, wellness+ with Plenti is a revolutionary enhancement to the company’s highly successful wellness+ loyalty program.
Through wellness+ with Plenti, members can continue earning wellness+ points toward discounts of up to 20 percent storewide. To deliver even greater value to customers, the enhanced program also allows members to earn Plenti points for making qualifying purchases at Rite Aid and other Plenti partners, including AT&T, Exxon and Mobil, Macy’s, Nationwide, Direct Energy, Enterprise Rent-A-Car and Hulu. More partners are expected to be added in the near future.
Plenti points can then be used for savings at certain Plenti partner locations, including Rite Aid, Macy’s and Exxon and Mobil, giving customers the unique opportunity to earn and use points toward savings across various brands and companies.
