One More Item Campaign Enters Home Stretch
July 4 marked the beginning of the One More Item campaign’s final contest period that will end with one lucky store team dividing $20,000 among front-end and pharmacy associates, its district manager and its pharmacy district manager.
Since the campaign began last October, associates have been asking each customer at checkout if they would like to purchase specific items available for sale at the registers. Each three-month contest period has featured different items. At the end of the year-long campaign, the store team with the highest success rate of transactions involving the featured products will win the $20,000 grand prize.
In the fourth contest period, front-end associates are asking each customer if they would like to purchase the 20-oz. Crystal Lake Bottled Water with Sport Cappriced at two for $1, the same offer that performed very well during the campaign’s first contest period. In the pharmacy, teams are asking each patient if they would like to purchase a Rite Aid Brand Weekly Pill Reminder priced at 99 cents. The contest concludes Sept. 25.
