More Patients Vote In Favorite Pharmacist Contest
More than 22,000 patients nominated a Rite Aid pharmacist during October’s Vote For Your Favorite Pharmacist Contest. The number of ballots was more than five times greater than the number received in 2008.
Patients, who were eligible to win $2,500 in Rite Aid gift cards if they participated in the contest, could vote either at www.RiteAid.com or by filling out a brochure available at stores. Pharmacists receiving votes will receive a “Favorite Pharmacist” pin, a Letter of Commendation from Chairman and CEO Mary Sammonsand were entered to win $2,500 in Rite Aid gift cards through a random drawing.
